Let's consider for example, the minds repeated offerings of intrusive thoughts. It's not usually a "one and done" sort of a challenge. More like an agonizing and inescapable echo. A seemingly impossible conundrum of self negotiation. A wretched, undulating pulse bereft of mercy that stretches through time, visiting it's curse upon the initiate, until such time as it's flames are succumbed to or transcended through self mastery. In my brief years and fledgling experience I have know no fire it's equal. I'm also humble enough not to claim this labor as a badge of honor to be worn. It's nothing to brag about and I've no interest in tempting fate.
